ISBS 2010 Executive Committee

Randall Jensen Chair Organizing Committee
Randall Jensen is a Professor in Biomechanics in the Sport and Exercise Science programs within the Department of Health Physical Education Recreation at Northern Michigan University. His research interests include the effect of strength on performance, upper body and aquatic exercise, and bicycling. Most recently he has been investigating forces on the body and muscular activity during plyometric exercises. He has been an active contributor to both the ISBS symposia and Sports Biomechanics over the past 8 years.

William P. Ebben Review Board Co-Chair
Bill Ebben is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science in the School of Physical Therapy at Marquette University. His research interest includes plyometrics, concurrent activation potentiation, speed development, gender differences and strength/power training methods. Bill has been an active contributor to the ISBS symposia over the past 6 years.

Karen Roemer Review Board Co-Chair
Karen Roemer is an Assistant Professor in Biomechanics in the Exercise Science, Health, and Physical Education Department at Michigan Technological University. Her research focuses on human movement analysis and recent projects investigate the influence of body shape on movement kinematics and kinetics. Karen has been an active contributor to both the ISBS symposia and Sports Biomechanics over the past 10 years.

Phillip B. Watts 
Dr. Phil Watts is a Professor of Exercise Physiology in the Sport and Exercise Science programs within the Department of Health Physical Education Recreation at Northern Michigan University.  His primary research interests include the physiology of cross-country ski racing and physiological aspects of rock climbing and mountaineering.
