| Performance Evaluations |

Performance evaluations for July 2009 - June 2010 are due by July 31, 2010. Performance appraisals are a great opportunity for employees and supervisors to communicate goals and objectives, review past performance, and address any issues that may interfere with goal achievement. This is a prime opportunity to further build relationships with one another and discuss the objectives your department wants to accomplish. Review the Roadmap to 2015 and incorporate your goals with our overall mission. For help on communication styles, documentation, or to prepare for the evaluation, please contact Human Resources and we will be happy to guide you through this process. |
