Dr. Michael Brown, an emergency medicine physician with Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine, presented "Stroke: Translating Research to Rural Emergency Care," in the final Your Health event of the 2011-12 series. Dr. Brown discussed the warning signs of stroke, which is the third leading cause of death in the United States, and share how the latest research can be translated to stroke interventions, even in remote areas.
