The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (P.L. 91-596) and Act 154, P.A. 1974 requires Northern Michigan University to post the summary of occupational injuries and illnesses (MIOSHA No. 300). Attached is the summary report for the 2002 calendar year. Please post this report in the customary employee posting area and keep it posted until April 30, 2003.
