2008-2009: Gold Medalist at the NYAC International Open (N.Y.); Gold medalist at the 11th annual Dave Schultz Memorial Open (Colorado Springs, Colo.); Second place finish at the ASICS U.S. Senior National Championships (Las Vegas, Nev.); Member of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Wrestling Team at the Summer Olympics held in Beijing; Named to the Winter 2009 All-Academic Team.

2007-2008: Finished second at the Sunkist International Open (Chandler, Ariz.); Placed first a the University Nationals (Akron, Ohio);  First place finish at the NYAC tournament (New York, N.Y.) and at the 2008 U.S. Nationals (Las Vegas, Nev.); First place finish at the 2008 Olympic Team Trials (Las Vegas, Nev.), which gave him a spot on the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team. Placed eighth overall at the 2008 Olympic Games (Beijing, China)

2006-2007: Second place at the Dave Schultz Memorial International Tournament (2.9-11.2007); American Airlines/New York Athletic Club Holiday International champion (11.18-19.2006); Named "Outstanding Wrestler" at the 2006 Sunkist International Open and won (Tempe, Ariz.);  Featured in "Faces in the Crowd" in the August issue of Sports Illustrated;   Won the bronze at the 2006 FILA-Junior World Championships (Guatemala City, Guatemala); Won his first world championship title at the 2006 University World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships (Ulan Bator, Mongolia); Claimed the 2006 FILA-Junior Greco-Roman National Championships title (Las Vegas, Nev.)

2005-2006: Placed fifth at USA Wrestling's Greco-Roman World Team Trials (Ames, Iowa); Silver medalist at the 2006 U.S. Senior Open Greco-Roman National Wrestling Championships (Las Vegas, Nev.); Gold medalist at the 2006 University Greco-Roman Wrestling World Team Trials (Colorado Springs, Colo.); Bronze medalist at the New York Athletic Club (NYAC) Christmas Tournament (New York City, N.Y.); Claimed a bronze medal at the 2005 Sunkist International Open Tournament (Tempe, Ariz.);  Finished in seventh place at the 2005 University World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships (Izmir, Turkey).

Prior to the USOEC: Claimed a bronze medal at the 2004 Junior National Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships (Fargo, N.D.).

Personal: Likes listening to music, watching movies and fishing. Named as the Greco athlete of the month for June 2006 by USA Wrestling. Hopes to become an Olympic champion. Born on July 6, 1986.
