2009-2010: Placed second at the Junior World Team Trials (Colorado Springs, Colo.); Competed at the U.S. World Team Trials (Council Bluffs, Iowa)

2008-2009: Placed third at the University Nationals (Akron, Ohio); Finished third at Junior Nationals (Las Vegas, Nev.); Took seventh place at the FILA Junior National Championships (Las Vegas, Nev.); Named to the Winter 2009 All-Academic Team.

Personal: Likes hunting and fishing. He’s deaf in both ears. Has two older brothers and one older sister. Engaged to Holly Lynn Palmer. Hopes to win Olympic gold in 2012, raise kids and become a coach. Born on March 2, 1984.
