Group of Girl Rugby Players
The Northern Michigan University Women's Rugby Club was established in 1994 and is part of the Wisconsin Collegiate Rugby Association. The team plays throughout Michigan and Wisconsin mainly, with tournaments as far away as Tennessee. The team is built of a 20+ woman roster. The team focuses on playing hard on the pitch, team unity and upholding tradition

Dues
$90 per player, includes CIPP certification

Participants Must Supply
Mouth guard, boots (cleats), white rugby shorts, green sucks and scrum cap (optional). Jerseys are supplied by the team

Travel
The team usually travels to games that are 4-6 hours away. In the fall, games are usually played on Saturday mornings and the spring season is unofficial, usually involving tournaments.

Practice
During the fall season women's rugby practices Monday-Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at the Intramural field on the corner of Lincoln and Wright streets.

Additional Information
No experience is necessary. All participants must have health insurance.
