NMU mens four competing
NMU crew, also known as the Rowing Club, gives students the opportunity to participate in the sport of rowing and compete across the Midwest.  The club was founded in 1999 and has grown to approximately 50 members.  The team travels to major regattas competing successfully against Big Ten and other major schools.  Recently the team has hosted a home regatta held at Teal Lake in Negaunee.  The rowing club practices on Lake Superior at Lower Harbor.  Each spring the team travels to a training camp over break and this year's camp will be held in Tennessee.
