Beautiful Body Boot Camp
Are you ready to be push to your limit? Do you need some motivation? Elijah will push you to your limit and some! This course involves everything from body weight movements, weights, plyometrics, running and tons more. It is boot camp to the max. Perfect for any one that needs that extra push, are you ready?

Busy Body Boot Camp
Our Personal Trainer will get you back on track! Designed for the average Joe or Jane, it will incorporate plyometrics and cardio exercises!

Creative Cardio (Faculty/Staff only)
This class will introduce the participant to a variety of different cardio workouts, using different types of cardio equipment, and light resistance training.  This class meets four times a week f with a different cardio work out for each class.  This is the perfect lunch hour or after work class that will leave you feeling great for the day!

Intro to Strength and Conditioning
Always wanted to get strong or big? This class will show you the way how to strength train. We will be doing everything from benching, squats, shoulder press in a safe and control way. Are you ready to go big or go home, your choice.
Men's Resistance Training (Faculty/Staff only)
This class will get you back on track or introduce you to the techniques and training needed to get muscles stronger and more toned.  This class meets twice a week, and you will learn different exercises that you can use once class is complete!
W.A.R.
Are you ready for W.A.R ladies?  Women’s Agility Resistance (W.A.R) is our brand new class for the 09 season. Do you miss high school practice doing cone drills, box jumps, dots and lifting weights? Are you on a club team or just want to learn a different way to work out?  This class is for you!

Women's Resistance Training (Faculty/Staff only)
This course is designed with the woman in mind! Class participants will learn strengthening techniques for all major muscle groups, with extra attention paid to the behind, belly, and arms! This class meets twice a week and uses hand weights, body bars, stability balls, bosu balls, and circuit training equipment.
