Gabe Giarmo will serve on Yoder’s staff as a student-assistant coach for the 2007 season. Giarmo was a student-assistant on Jim Moore’s staff at NMU. He was a three-time letterwinner in football and track at Monroe (Mich.) St. Mary Catholic Central. Giarmo has coached at the University of Michigan volleyball camp.
For the past two years, Giarmo has served the NMU Athletic Department as a supervisor. He is majoring in secondary English education and physical education with a minor in health education.
