2006-07: (outdoor)  Set personal best times in 10,0000-meter run, 5,000-meter run and 3,000- meter run.

2005-06: (indoor) Set personal best in pole vault at Northern Challenge.

High School:  School record holder for pole vaulting, reaching a height of 8-6.  Conference champion in pole vaulting in 2004 and also qualified for state that same year.  Won the regional championship the following year and qualified for state again.  Also participated in the 800-meter run, 3,200-meter relay and 1,600-meter run.

Personal:  Enjoys moving around, whether it is running, biking, figure skating or dancing.  Undeclared major.  Daughter of Marlene and David Kettula.  Born September 30, 1986.
