Before NMU: A 2005 graduate of Grosse Pointe South High School.  Lettered four times.  Team won MAC Champions.  Earned High Point and High Point Rookie award at Detroit Yacht Club.  Also participated in sailing, track and field, and gymnastics.

2008-09: Placed 6^th in the 100-yard butterfly and 3^rd in the 100 backstroke at the GVSU meet. Member of 200 medley relay team which finished 2^nd at the Hillsdale meet.  Also placed 4^th in the 100 backstroke and 3^rd in the 200 individual medley at the Hillsdale meet. Placed 3^rd in the 200 individual medley and 4^th in the 100 butterfly at the UW-Oshkosh meet. Placed 12^th in the 200 individual medley, 9^th in both the 200 breaststroke and the 100 fly at the Kiefer Fall Classic.

2007-08: Member of 200 medley relay which placed 2^nd at the UW-Oshkosh meet.  Also had 2^nd in the 100 backstroke. Finished 25^th in the 200 backstroke at the Eastern Michigan Invite.
