2006:  Second on the team in points with 11 and goals with four. Tied for third on the team in assists with three and fifth in shots with 19.  Shot percentage was .211. Scored a game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory against Saginaw Valley State. Other goals came against Concordia-St. Paul, Ferris State, and Gannon.

High School:  All-conference and all-county performer, playing center midfield and defender.  Earned three letters in soccer and was cited as a scholar athlete.  Team was district champions in 2005 and 2006 as well as regional champ and state-runner-up in 2005. Played club soccer with the Novi Jaguars as an outside midfielder.

Personal:  Born March 28, 1988. Enjoys playing piano, reading, the outdoors snowboarding and waterskiing. Nursing major.  Daughter of Susan and Pete Sturos. Sister and aunt are NMU alumni.
