2008-09:  Lettered.  Appeared in 28 games and started 20.  Registered a career-high 12 points against Finlandia (11/24).  In that game had a career-high 16 rebounds and  canned five field goals in nine attempts.  Had three assists in three games during season, against Hillsdale (2/19), against Tiffin (1/8) and against Wayne State (12/18).  Three blocked shots against Grand Valley State tied a career high (1/31). Was a perfect six of six from the free throw line against Ferris State (1/29).  Led team with 142 rebounds. Named to the GLIAC all-academic team. 

2007-08:  Lettered.  Appeared in 22 games.  Scored a season-high nine points against Marygrove (12/30).  Pulled down a season-best 12 rebounds against Northland College (1/7).  From the free throw line went six of eight against Finlandia (12/29). Had three blocked shots against Northwood (2/14) and against Augustana (11/16). 

High School: Lettered four times at Marquette Senior High School under Karla Strand. Named the 2006 Great Northern Conference Player of the Year. Selected as the 2006 Upper Peninsula Class A-B-C Player of the Year. Three-time first team All-GNC selection. Named to Class A all-state fourth team and was Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan Class A honorable mention in 2006. Selected to the BCAM Academic all-state team in 2006. Broke school record for career rebounds (789).

Personal: Likes to stay active. Majoring in biology/physiology. Daughter of Jayne and Steve Powers. Both parents were student-athletes at Augustana College. Played AAU basketball for the Marquette Magic. Born on October 27, 1988.
