2006-07: Named to the CCSA All-Conference Second Team. Placed seventh in the10k freestyle and seventh in the 15k classic at the NCAA Central Regional Championships. Finished 13th in the 9.6k freestyle and 17th in the 15k classic at the Telemark Super Tour event. Placed ninth in the 10k classic and sixth in the 15k freestyle at the Mt. Itasca Northern American Super Tour event. Finished 64th in the 10k classic and 56th in the 15k freestyle at the U.S. Cross Country Skiing Championships. Placed ninth in the sprint race and 10th in the 10k classic at the Grandview XC Challenge. Earned his first varsity ski letter.
2005-06: No records on file. Named Co-Most Improved on the men’s nordic ski team. 2004-05: Finished 15th at the Michigan Tech Christmas Classic. Placed 37th in the classic and sixth in the freestyle at the Grand View Cross Country Challenge. Finished 57th in the 30k freestyle and 77th in the 10k classic at the U.S. Cross Country Championships. Placed seventh in freestyle and 13th in the classic at the North American Super Tour in Minn. Finished 17th in the 10k classic and 8th in the 15k freestyle at the North American Super Tour at Telemark. Placed 10th in the 10k classic and 11th in the 16k freestyle at the Central Conference NCAA qualifying event. High School: Attended Chugiak High School in Alaska where he skied under Ja Dorris. He earned four varsity letter and was named the Most Valuable skier from 2001-04. Was the skimeister (overall state champion) in 2002, 2003, and state champion in the 10k skate in 2004. Skied for team Alaska in the Junior Olympics from 2001-2006 under Ja Dorris. Was the Alaska junior of the year in 2005. Personal: Born February 14, 1986. Majoring in Sports Science.
