High School:  A 2009 graduate of Warsau West High School.  Lettered four times.  Wisconsin state champion as a senior. Two-time team captain. Named Rookie of the Year.  Also participated in cross country.

Personal:   Enjoys paddling, traveling and playing the guitar.  Skied for the Nordicwerks Ski Klubb and on the Midwest Junior National Team.  An All-American in the skate sprint in 2009.  Majoring in sports science.  Son of Erin Eisch and John Hugus.  Father swam at Dartmouth.  Born on May 3, 1991.
