Before NMU: For two seasons (2005-07) skated for the Oswego Admirals of the OPJHL. During 2006-07 played in 32 games and had five goals, 23 assists for 28 points. Was 3-28-31 in 2005-06 in 48 games. First team all-league in 2007. Runner up as the Top Defenseman in 2007. Team MVP. Named the Top Defenseman in 2006. Played for the Marquette Electricians as team was MWEHL league champions, state runner up and national quarterfinalist in 2004. Shoots left.
