2008: Lettered for the second time. Second on the team in total tackles with 67 (48 solo and 19 assisted).  Picked off a pass against Northwood. Named to the GLIAC all-academic team. 

2007: Lettered for the first time. Had 38 total tackles (25 solo and 13 assisted).  Picked off a pass (Ashland) and recovered a fumble (Ferris State).  Named the NMU most outstanding freshman.  Named to the GLIAC all-academic team.

2006: Redshirted.

High School: Lettered twice at Petoskey High School under Chris Schmake. Two-time all-state selection. Member of the all-region dream team.  All-conference as a wide receiver and free safety. Second-team all-conference as a running back.
