Sank all four free throw against Northland Baptist (11/15).
2007-08:  Took a redshirt year.
High School: Lettered at Carney Nadeau High School under Paul Polfus. First team all-conference after senior season. Team MVP. Slam dunk champion at all-star game.
Personal: Also likes to play baseball and football. Majoring in business. Son of Nance Pugh and Ed Benson. Father played basketball at NMU in mid-1970s. Sister, Carly, played basketball at the University of Michigan and is now a member of the Wildcat women’s basketball coaching staff.   Born on March 14, 1989.
