Wildcat Club

Go Northern Michigan University Wildcats!  It’s the goal of the Wildcat Club to make NMU’s 13 intercollegiate sports programs among the finest in the nation at their respective levels.

Wildcat Club members get great satisfaction from the knowledge that their efforts and financial support play a major role in building and sustaining a high-quality athletic program at NMU.  Club members join because:

• They are making an investment in the future of NMU student-athletes.
• They know a strong, student-athlete-centered program instills pride in everyone associated NMU, builds campus and community spirit and brings people to the front door of the university.
• It’s fun to be a part of a strong and active group that attends sporting events.

Funds raised by the Wildcat Club support NMU athletic programs in the following ways:

• Scholarships
• Life skills programming
• Special projects and initiatives such as facilities upgrades, recruiting, technology and marketing
• Enhancement of operational budget for all varsity programs

Club events and member benefits include:

• Annual golf outing
• Access to the Wildcat Room Hospitality (every game)
• Pre-game gatherings
• Post-game receptions
• Other benefits based upon level of giving
