The Honors Program invites academically qualified and highly motivated students to apply. Normal qualifications for the Honors Program include a 3.5 high school grade point average, a score of 27 or higher on the ACT or SAT with a combined score of 1210 or higher, two letters of recommendation from high school teachers, a counselor and/or principal, and a written personal statement. In this highly competitive program, the university retains the right to exercise judgment as to the eligibility of the applicants.
