Visiting scholar from China to speak on social work

Xu Yang, director of Social Work East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai is on NMU's campus this week to talk about "The Emergence of Social Work in China" on Wednesday at the West Science Building, Mead Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. For more information, contact the International Programs Office.

Save the date: Tuesday Feb. 16

Come and learn what it takes to study abroad and where NMU can send you. Our Winter 2010 Study Abroad Fair is held on Tuesday Feb. 16 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the University Center's Pioneer Rooms. We will also talk about internship opportunities in Dublin and Korea at the Summer Job Fair in the Great Lakes Rooms in the U.C. on the same day!
