ticketTicket Policies

All seats are reserved and, because of royalty agreements with the leasing company, each patron must have a ticket.

If you arrive late, you will be seated at a break chosen by the director of the production. No refund or adjustment can be made for late arrivals.

We are sorry, but there are no refunds or exchanges for single admission tickets. Also, the sale of tickets in the theatre by anyone other than box office personnel is prohibited.

Children are welcome for Ebenezer Scrooge and any other special children’s performances; however, for most performances, children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.

In the event of a sell-out, a waiting list will be taken in person beginning at 6:30 p.m. (or noon for matinees) in the FRT foyer. At 7:15 p.m. (12:45 p.m. for matinees), all unclaimed unpaid reservations will be pulled and sold to those on the waiting list in order of their signing up. Season ticket holders only have priority on the waiting list and may place their names by phone.

Please feel free to call the box office at 906-227-2082 to obtain information about the running time of the production or the suitability of the content or language for children.
