Recently, some of our students and faculty attended the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, Region III.  Some of them were recognized for their contributions and we would like to congratulate them again for their hard work.

• One of the KCACTF Region III Faculty Service Awards was given to theatre professor, Paul Truckey.

• The Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas/Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival/Association for Theater in Higher Education awarded Abby Ropp the Student Dramaturgy Award for A Year With Frog and Toad.  Abby will participate at the KCACTF National Festival in Washington, DC in April.

• The Student Directing Award giving by the KCACTF/Stage Directors and Choreographers Society for Most Improved was Jacob Barbot.

• Stephanie Baugher was on the Honorable Mention Team for the Design Storm Award for Scenic Design.

• Second place for The Games of the Technological Olympiad goes to Charlie Jauquet and Andrea Knoll

• First place for The Games of the Technological Olympiad goes to Jalina Olgren and Tyler Welden
