The Hunt Hall renovation is a continuation of the Quad II complex renovation that includes Magers Hall (completed in 2005), Meyland Hall (completed in 2006), Van Antwerp (completed 2007), and Hunt Hall (2008). All existing resident rooms, bathroom facilities and lounges will be upgraded. The entire plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems will be replaced, as well as the addition of an elevator. Exterior improvements include a new pitched roof, pre-cast concrete panels and windows. Finally, three story additions to house sunrooms will be constructed at the three main entrances. This project is attempting to achieve a LEED Silver Rating.
