Graduates are employed as cosmetologists, skin care specialists, stylists, salon managers/owners, nail technicians, education specialists, manufacturer�s representatives, makeup artists, and retail specialists.  While many graduates accept positions in barber shops and beauty salons, others work in department stores, drug and cosmetic stores, and educational facilities.

First semester:

1. Smock with name embroidered: $40
2. State registration fee: $15
3. Blow dryer (can use one from home): $15 (approx.)

Second semester:

Students will need to purchase a kit containing all of the equipment needed to practice on the public. Approximate cost: $650
