Carroll The Sociology and Social Work Department welcomes three new faculty members to NMU: Alex Carroll, anthropology; Tim Hilton, director of the social work program; and Omer Durfee, sociology. Get to know all of the department's faculty and staff.
Intern Anthropology professor Alex Carroll has been invited to Sias International University in Xingjeng City, Henan Province, China as a guest international scholar. She is also slated to give a presentation in Vancouver, B. C. related to mining on the Yellow Dog Plains. Read more
