Greetings from the SSWSO at NMU!
SSWSO is a student-led organization made up primarily of sociology and social work students who are seeking to supplement the knowledge and professional values they learn inside of the classroom and apply them to the outside world. SSWSO promotes community service, volunteering, professional development, networking, faculty-student interaction and charitable fundraising. Social gatherings also provide members the opportunity to build relationships with students and faculty in the social work and sociology programs.
