This job is typically a Community Mental Health Agency based position. The salary ranges from $24,000 to $40,000 per year. This job requires a bachelor's degree. Case Manager, Clinical III
This is also a typical Community mental health Services position. Salary in Michigan is around $14-21.00/hour. A case manager provides services to the seriously mentally ill adult including; assessment, coordination of recipient services, consultation and education services to other human resources provider; develop and monitor treatment plans; provide direct and indirect assistance to recipients. This position may also provide on call after hours coverage.
Bachelor's degree in social work; or equivalent combination of, education/experience; one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness and a current State of Michigan registration.
Wrap Around Coordinator
Salary range $12.30/hr entry thru $21.67/hr dependent upon Classification level/Degree.
This position is tailored to work with families with children with a serious emotional disturbance who are in out-of-home care or in danger of placement out of the home and who have two or more family service agencies involved. The Coordinator helps select families for Wrap Around service, helps develop a Wrap Around Plan for each family, and assures that each plan is carried out. The Coordinator works with an inter agency advisory team. Other duties will include day and night emergency services as well as clinical intakes of children and families,
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Bachelor in degree in Social Work, will consider degrees in other Human Services Field, two years of experience working with children and families with a serious emotional disturbance. Applicants with Master's Degrees will have additional duties based upon credentials.

SOCIAL WORKER - CORRECTIONS (State of Wisconsin)

HIRING ORGANIZATION: Department of Corrections (DOC), Division of Adult Institutions, Juvenile Corrections, and Community Corrections.
SALARY: Applicants with a Temporary Certificate will be hired at a starting salary of $27,803 per year. Applicants possessing a Social Worker Certificate will be hired at a salary of $30,083 per year. Social Workers hired at the lower level of pay will progress to the higher level upon attainment of their certificate. These classifications are included in the Professional Social Services Bargaining Unit. A six-month probationary period is required.
JOB DUTIES: Assess and evaluate risk/treatment plans by utilizing institution/community counseling, educational, religious, self-help, and other resources. Provide direct counseling services to inmates and their families; assist inmates to develop meaningful, workable release plans in conjunction with the parole agent; maintain records and prepare written reports for Assessment and Evaluation, Classification/Program Review; Parole Commission, courts, etc.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Social work methods; interviewing techniques; dynamics of human relations; problem identification and resolution techniques; victims' issues; criminal justice system; case planning, investigative methods, social and cultural foundations in society; counseling, effective oral and written communication skills; and family dynamics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: (1) Individuals appointed to these positions must be certified as a Social Worker or have a Temporary Social Worker Certificate through the Department of Regulations and Licensing. JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities include organizing, developing, assessing and maintaining a comprehensive organization-wide patient family education program. Coordinate and provide patient family education services for a complex patient population of adults committed pursuant to Chapter 980 as Sexually Violent Persons and their families. Coordinates and provides patient family education materials and services for staff, community agencies and agencies affiliated with SRSTC.
KNOWLEDGE AND SILLS REQUIRED: Principles of social work practice and family systems theory. Knowledge of program development and implementation, adult education principles, conflict resolution techniques and problem solving techniques. Knowledge of group dynamics and process, organization skills and effective communication skills.
