Professor David Cooper’s book "Ethics for Professional's in a Multicultural World" has been featured in such places as the New Hampshire’s 9th Annual Attorney General’s Training Program for State Agencies on Administrative Investigations and Adjudication. There, Professor Cooper used the normative definition of “profession” found in his book to address issues involving the justification of state regulatory boards for both the licensed professions and other types of state-sanctioned regulatory boards.
