There are many benefits of participation in Army ROTC. The biggest single benefit is the leadership development that you will experience. However, in addition there are some significant monetary benefits. These monetary benefits start once you commit to becoming an officer in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army National Guard or U.S. Army Reserve. They can be broken down into the following categories:
