The one-bedroom apartments are approximately 366 square feet and the two-bedroom apartments are approximately 500 square fee in area. 

All apartments are carpeted and are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and window blinds.  Rent  includes all utilities plus cable television, local phone service, and wireless computer network access. 

The furnished apartments for student families also include a couch, chair, dinette set, one full-sized bed and a dresser (note:  the second bedroom in the two-bedroom furnished apartment for families is not furnished.) The furnished apartments for single students include a couch, chair, dinette set, two twin sized beds and two dressers. 

Parking is available in front of each building.  While laundry facilities are in each building, some apartments come furnished with a washer and dryer.
