Lincoln Avenue Townhouses
The Lincoln Townhouses are located on the west end of campus near Wright Street. There are 52 two-bedroom townhouses. Although the majority of the townhouses are two levels, there are two one-level townhouses.

"Campus housing for families was the deciding point for my husband and I when deciding to come to NMU. We knew that coming back to school with kids would be very hard. Being able to live on campus means we only need to have one car since I don't have to drive to class. The maintenance and community adviser staff is fast, effective, and friendly, which means we feel safe in our apartment; and the activities for our children have made us feel welcome and helped us meet other families in the same life situations as us. We are so happy about coming to NMU!"
