Noorwood/Center Floor Plans

Each unit is approximately 650 sq. ft. in area and has a separate, locked storage space. 

All apartments are carpeted and are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and window blinds.  Rent  includes all utilities plus cable television, local phone service, and wireless computer network access.  Laundry facilities are in each building.

The furnished apartments for student families also include a couch, chair, dinette set, one full-sized bed and a dresser (note:  the second bedroom in the two-bedroom furnished apartment for families is not furnished.)  The furnished apartments for single students include a couch, chair, dinette set, two twin sized beds and two dressers. 

Parking is available in front of each building for tenants and their guests.
