TreadmillThe human performance analysis test series is conducted in Northern Michigan University's exercise science laboratory. All testing is administered by trained laboratory personnel under the supervision of an exercise specialist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Testing for individuals over 35 years of age is monitored by a physician and requires an electrocardiogram.

Pre-exercise and exercise heart rate

Expired air analysis for maximal oxygen uptake and aerobic power

 Post-exercise recovery data

Computer summary of all test results and explanation handout

Also available at additional fee are:
Blood lactate profile, $20

Follow-up consultation, $30, with one of the laboratory exercise physiologists to review the test results and plan specific exercise training/conditioning programs
