MFA forms:

• MA Thesis Application - to be submitted to Stephen Burn along with prospectus and thesis credit registration by
      -   second Friday of October for graduation in December of the following year or
      -   second Friday of March for graduation in May of the following year.

• Verification of Completion of Graduate Projects
  

Travel forms:

• Authorization for Travel (come to English office to pick up form) - basic form needed for any travel to be funded by NMU. This form needs to be turned in to English office BEFORE travel occurs.
  
  
• Special Projects Funding - to be used to request moneys for travel from the English Department, College of Arts & Sciences, and School of Graduate Studies. Student must be presenting a paper to receive funding with this form.
  
  
• Student Travel Funds Application - to be used to request moneys for travel from the Student Travel Fund.
  
  
• ***NMU Travel Policy*** - Included as a reminder of reimbursement amounts including meals and mileage.
