MA forms:

- MA Thesis Application - to be submitted to Stephen Burn along with prospectus and thesis credit registration by second week of October (spring graduation) or second week of March (winter graduation).

- Verification of Completion of Graduate Projects
Travel forms:
- Authorization for Travel (come to English office to pick up form) - basic form needed for any travel to be funded by NMU. This form needs to be turned in to English office BEFORE travel occurs.
- Special Projects Funding - to be used to request moneys for travel from the English Department, College of Arts & Sciences, and School of Graduate Studies. Student must be presenting a paper to receive funding with this form.
- Student Travel Funds Application - to be used to request moneys for travel from the Student Travel Fund.
- ***NMU Travel Policy*** - Included as a reminder of reimbursement amounts including meals and mileage.
Miscellaneous forms:
- Application for Internship - Graduate Student Internships also need the Research/Practicum Credit Form
