Student Teacher Evaluations
Certification Information
Go to http://my.nmu.edu, login using your user name and password (those you use for opening your NMU e-mail). Open the "Education" tab to complete the online application.
Complete this form during the semester you will be completing your program.
Printable Teacher Certification Application – This form is for use only by those people unable to access the online application through NMU’s online portal, MyNMU (http://www.nmu.edu)
