Criminal Justice Internship Program Qualifications
To qualify for a criminal justice internship, you must:
- Be a criminal justice major pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Complete the following classes:
- CJ 110
- CJ 212 or CJ 220
- CJ 263
- CJ 315
- EN111
- EN 211
- 3-4 credits of natural sciences/math courses
- 3-4 credits of social sciences course and
- 3-4 credits of humanities courses.
- Have at least a 2.7 overall grade point average.
- Apply for the criminal justice internship.
- Enroll in 4 to 16 credits of CJ 491 during the semester of your criminal justice internship. (Internship credits are considered general elective credits. They do not apply toward the criminal justice major or minor.)
- Work 40 hours per semester for each credit of CJ 491.
