Mr. Monaghan began his loss prevention career as a security officer with Great America in Gurnee, Ill. Nearly 30 years later he is still working in the loss prevention field. Currently, he is a corporate LP analyst with ShopKo, and has been there for the past 13 years. He has also worked retail loss prevention for J.C. Penney and Kohl’s. Gary has a B.S. in computer programming from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wis. He will be completing his MBA from Lakeland to become a CMA.
