The Criminal Justice Department offers a wide range of degree programs including:

- Bachelor in Loss Prevention Management (online)
- Master in Criminal Justice (online)
Criminal justice is one of NMU's top three most popular majors. The department consists of full and part-time faculty, and a variety of adjunct instructors working in the field. The education is offered in a professional and courteous manner. Our faculty have real world experiences in corrections, courts, law enforcement, and loss prevention. Our department takes great pride in the quality of our faculty, our class instruction, and the opportunities for educational experiences outside of the classroom.
