Dates and Deadlines

The deadlines for the 2009-10 New Business Venture Competition are as follows –

November 13, 2009	Submission of electronic Intent to Compete Form, including Business Proposal.
November 30, 2009	Individuals/Teams are informed who has been chosen as finalists. Finalists continue on to Part Two of the Competition.
March 26, 2010	Completed electronic written business plans due at bizdean@nmu.edu.
April 8, 2010	Trade fair display and presentation Sixty second "elevator pitch" presentation Oral presentation of business plans Judges provide competitors with feedback Announcement of winners Gala Celebratory Reception
