New Business Venture Competition
Intent to Compete Form

Please provide the following information and return to the College of Business by 5:00 p.m. November 13, 2009.

Team leader or sole participant acknowledges having read the following and accepts them to be correct.

1. All contestants are enrolled as students at Northern Michigan University during the 2009-10 academic year.
2. The proposed business is original and currently does not exist as described.
3. Contestants are responsible for all copyright, trademark and patent issues.
4. If the proposal is selected for continuation in the Competition, the contestants commit to preparing and presenting a full-fledged business plan as per guidelines on March 26, 2010.
5. All rules and guidelines of the Competition will be adhered to.
