Winter 2009 Weekend College for Kids
Enrichment classes for students in grades K-7. Each session is $5.00 per child.

ALL classes run from 9:00 - noon.

- Grades 2 & 3 — Sound Energy - Investigate sound and learn how it works.
- Grades 4 & 5 — Food Chemistry -Experiment to determine what structures are in foods.
- Grades 6 & 7 — Gravity Rules - Investigate the forces that cause gravity.

- K & 1st grade — Sifting through Science - Experiment with materials to learn about them.
- Grades 2 & 3 — Chemical Testing - Experiment to determine unknown substances.
- Grades 4 & 5 — Microscopic Explorations - Investigate the microscopic world.
- Grades 6 & 7— Color Analyzers - Participate in an in depth study of color.

- Grades 2 & 3 — Light Energy - Investigate light and learn how it works.
- Grades 4 & 5 — Wildlife Ecology - Learn about wildlife and their behaviors.
- Grades 6 & 7— More than Magnifiers - Experiment with optical instruments.
