Upper Great Lakes Collegiate Job Fair

Sponsored by Bay de Noc Community College, Bay Mills Community College, Michigan Technological University, Lake Superior State University, Gogebic Community College, Finlandia University, and Northern Michigan University, the fair brings together students and employers from the Midwest to explore today's exciting job outlook. Many employers will be interviewing students for positions with their organizations. This year's Upper Great Lakes Collegiate Job Fair will be hosted by Northern Michigan University. There is no cost for students and alumni to attend this event.

Teacher Job Fair

The Teacher Job Fair is an opportunity for NMU education graduates and alumni to discuss employment possibilities with schools and educational organizations. Typically, approximately 200 NMU Students graduate each year with a degree in education. There is no cost for students, alumni, or employers to attend this event.

This event is designed for construction, technology, electrical and industrial maintenance, and HVAC/climate control majors in one-, two- and four-year programs. The fair provides an opportunity for students and employers to discuss employment possibilities in a variety of service and technical areas. There is no cost for alumni, employers or students to attend this event.

The Fall Job Fair is an opportunity for employers to share information with NMU students (not necessarily just soon-to-be graduates) about a wide range of career possibilities. Employers are also welcome to recruit for full-time or part-time positions, internships, and summer staff. Typically, more than 400 students attend this event each year. There is no cost for alumni, employers or students to attend Career Awareness Day.
