Attentive to detail and accuracy, efficient in the performance of duties
Duties: To provide support for programs and services provided by the staff of the Academic and Career Advisement Center, including the performance of routine clerical work, the maintenance of confidential information and other related tasks as requested. Maintain strict confidentiality outside of the Academic & Career Advisement Center.

Answer Telephones, route calls, distribute messages
Shred outdated materials
Deliver/pick up printing jobs
Deliver/pick up mail
Help maintain office files/records
Photocopy materials
Prepare documents for mailing
