| Qualifications: | Must have experience in developing and maintaining web sites, databases, and web applications in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) environment. Experience working in a Linux or UNIX command line environment required. Applicant must have extensive experience with HTML, PHP, and MySQL. Knowledge of JavaScript, SSL, and user Sessions is also preferred. Experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver is recommended, but not required. Being able to design, implement and work with current web graphics (slices, rollovers, etc.) is also recommended. Network Computing or CS Major recommended and Junior or higher student status preferred but not required. | |||
| Duties: | Maintain and update website and server. Content such as links and databases will have to be managed, archived, and updated. Frequent database and site backup will be expected. You will often be asked to develop new or add features to existing pages to handle the needs of the ASNMU office. You will work very closely with the ASNMU e-board and other members to make sure that all content is relevant. | |||
