Qualifications: * Excellent marketer and manager - you have some sort of prior experience marketing a service/product and/or managing other people
* Comfortable in front of people - you have some public speaking experience, theater arts or drama training, Toastmasters experience, or are otherwise in your element when you are addressing a crowd
* Organized and efficient - you are able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and are able to prioritize effectively so you spend most of your time doing the things that will make the most difference
* Socially connected - you have lots of friends on Facebook, you know lots of people on campus, and you find it easy to meet new people
Duties: Ninja Books http://www.NinjaBooks.com makes it easy for college students to save money on textbooks. We've already saved students tens of thousands of dollars at a few schools, and we need your help to bring the savings to many more schools, including yours!

As Campus Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for helping your fellow students find out about and use the Ninja Books website. We'll give you the training and tools you need to succeed, and plenty of responsibility (which will look great on your resume).

You'll be paid well for your time, and if you are particularly successful at marketing Ninja Books, you'll get a bonus that could more than double your hourly earnings.

Most of the work for this position will occur during the first and last 1-2 weeks of each academic semester/quarter. You may be working up to 20+ hours per week during those times, though it will be easy to schedule the work around your academic responsibilities. You'll have fun working with us, and your classmates will love you - after all, you'll be the one telling them how they can easily save a lot of money on their textbooks.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure as many students as possible know about and use Ninja Books to shop for their textbooks
* Recruit, hire, train, manage, and motivate up to 20 other students to help market this money-saving service to the students at your school
* Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities on your campus, and make marketing recommendations to Ninja Books headquarters.
