Rhonda has been employed with Northern Michigan University since 1989.  She joined the Academic and Career Advisement Center staff in May 2008. Before joining  the Academic and Career Advisement Center staff, she held positions in Admissions, Financial Services, First Year Programs, Disability Services and the Dean of Students.

Rhonda is originally from Menominee, Michigan, but has also lived at the former K.I. Sawyer AFB, Azores, Portugal, Charleston, South Caroline and Japan with her husband Gary, who retired after serving 24 years in the Air Force. They have 2 children and one granddaughter. They spend most of their spare time camping with their family.
